We are an owner operated company. The owner is the Project Manager and Lead Carpenter. Our Sub-Contractor’s are specialists in their fields and we have worked together with most of them for many years.
After a discussion, we will schedule a meeting and review your project. We’ll provide an Estimate or a written Proposal depending on the type of project.
A good faith deposit is due upon the signing of the Proposal/Contract and the scheduling of the project. The balance is distributed into payments throughout the phases of the project. The payment schedule is written in the Proposal/Contract.

Areas are protected with coverings where necessary. Jobsite is kept as clean as possible and all debris is hauled away or placed in a pre-arranged dumpster.
