What is the structure of your company?We are an owner operated company. The owner is the Project Manager and Lead Carpenter. Our Sub-Contractor’s are specialists in their fields and we have worked together with most of them for many years.

What is the estimate process?After a discussion, we will schedule a meeting and review your project. We’ll provide an Estimate or a written Proposal depending on the type of project.

What is the payment process?A good faith deposit is due upon the signing of the Proposal/Contract and the scheduling of the project. The balance is distributed into payments throughout the phases of the project. The payment schedule is written in the Proposal/Contract.

Who will be the contact person during the project?The project manager will provide his cell phone so that you can reach out anytime. You will also have the oice phone number and email addresses for communication.

How does the jobsite stay clean and protected?Areas are protected with coverings where necessary. Jobsite is kept as clean as possible and all debris is hauled away or placed in a pre-arranged dumpster.

Why do estimate prices vary by Contractor?When multiple bids are being compared, it is important that the scope of work is clearly detailed so that you can compare the specific work to be performed and the types of materials being used and included.
